We do not refund purchases, but we will provide technical support. If you are
unsure that your hardware will support our designs, feel free to contact us.
We guarantee only the quality of the files and formats we provide.
If you purchase our designs for conversion or re sizing, then you do so at your
own risk.
We are not responsible for the quality of the converted or re sized files or
failure to convert or to re size them. TERMS OF USE:
You can sell (max. 150 items) or give away items that you produce with our
designs.
However, you can NOT sell or
share our computer design file or clipart or image.
This policy also applies to our free designs. If you know someone who would like

These designs that you purchase CAN be stitched on items to be sold,
but the designs themselves CANNOT BE SOLD, TRADED,
SHARED or INCLUDED on any design set
(THIS INCLUDES PURCHASING WITH THE INTENT TO COPY AND SHARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS)
If you have a website for your business, you are welcome to display our designs
if you offer your customers a choice of what they want stitched on the item you are making.
However, you need to link the designs to our

LIABILITY & LIMITATIONS
By using these designs you agree to indemnify Supply 2000 International, Inc.
and www.babynucci.com from any liability that might arise from its use.
In no event shall Supply 2000 International, Inc. be liable for any
